We combine app and web technology and virtual support groups to address mental health issues at their inception. WeBeWell serves youth from grades 6-12, undergraduate and graduate college students, and individuals in drug and alcohol treatment. Our curriculum is shown by randomized controlled trials and additional research to decrease depression, anxiety, and stress and increase well-being, happiness, and satisfaction with life.

Our curriculum is available via web, iOS and Android apps. In addition to multiple learning management systems, such as Canvas.
